Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn items with tags and lace intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or use our return portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the wig in its original packaging. Ensure all tags are attached and the lace has not been cut.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
